Diane Averill

Diane Averill has been involved with Global Coffee Break for over forty years, as a Bible study facilitator, a trainer, and Regional Leader for the East Coast US. She has co-authored several Discover Your Bible books with others, including her husband, Brent, who is a retired Christian Reformed pastor. She and her husband have four married children and enjoy spending time with them and their twelve grandchildren.

Sam Huizenga

Sam Huizenga serves as the Director for Raise Up Global Ministries. Sam also works alongside her husband, Jon, as they plant Rise Up Church. Yes, it is often confusing to work for Raise Up, an organization that supports the programs of Global Coffee Break, Timothy Leadership Training, and Educational Care, while also planting Rise Up, a new church in Cedar Springs, MI. Sam continues to lead Coffee Break on Tuesdays mornings in the back of a downtown Cedar Springs store. She and Jon also love biking and playing with kids and grandkids.

Marian Lensink

Marian Lensink has been working with Coffee Break and Resonate for 15 years, and has been a Coffee Break leader or director for over 30 years. She continues to lead the Coffee Break group in her own church, and enjoys leading Bible study with those who are exploring the truth of who Jesus is. Marian and her husband, Homer, live in Burlington, ON, where they attend Faith CRC. They have 3 incredible sons, 3 beautiful daughter-in-laws, and 6 awesome grandchildren.

Grace Paek

Grace Paek is currently serving as the coordinator for Global Coffee Break. She has been leading small groups for over 40 years which includes 26 years in the Coffee Break ministries. Grace has been actively involved as a trainer, and she has written several books related to small groups. Also, she is serving Global partners worldwide, raising leaders, supporting translating CB materials to many different languages, and speaking in a weekly segment in Korean Christian Radio Broadcasting. She and her husband Kyu have two daughters and are recently blessed with a grandson.

Juan Sierra

Juan Sierra is the Program Manager for Global Coffee Break. He oversees the team that develops DYB materials and the staff that provides the training around the globe. He provides training for church leaders on a regular basis as well as staying in communication with Global Coffee Break leaders. Juan is an ordained pastor at Sunlight Community Church where he serves as the pastor of small groups ministry. He lives in Vero Beach, Florida with his wife and two kids.
